sounded amazing, by far their best angles tv performance. and i heard angles, not angels.

This was great. I was afraid it wouldn’t be to good, like that performance on the french show, but they nailed it.

It is interesting because it seems like the Strokes are really starting to warm up, but for some reason, it feels as if we are approaching the end.

@bernardo r. not sure how long it’ll take to sell out. i’m pretty sure they’ll be sold out relatively quick as I just checked for tix and they seem to only be selling lawn tix now…

@texas mike, i don’t feel like we’re approaching the end. i think after the 5 year hiatus, that maybe it took them a bit to get back into the strokes stride but that they’re in the groove now. :-)

I don’t mean the end of their careers. I mean the end of promoting Angles. This album should not be ignored. And by the way, to the Strokes, thank you for not ignoring Gratisfaction.

@texas mike, ahhh ok I misunderstood. well it might not be the end of their promotion cuz they have the tfaf video coming, and possibly another round of late night performances? or maybe just more 5th album focus?
