some of u need to quit whining about Julian “messing up” the lyrics. I can only imagine how boring it must get for him to sing the same thing over and over again. I think it’s refreshing that he changes is up.
I honestly dont know what some of you are expecting from these guys! They are performing the same way that they always have yet now most of you seem to hate on it. This was a was performance, even reptilia when he screwed up after the solo. Most performers can’t come back from that kinda mess up. These guys are still rock n’ roll but if you aren’t digging it anymore its cool, no one is telling you to love them.
Im a huge fan of the strokes and everything was good minus the opening line of ucod and the shituation that went down after the solo in reptillia. but lets be real, there was nothing cool about the 8 second stutter. “please dont slow me down..duh uh.. this room is on fir- shes fixing her hair!” but good recovery for sure though.
Honestly the strokes are steppin it up and my fav performances are when Julian changes the lyrics thats memorable. Why wud you want the same old thing over and over. Julian makes it dope with stuff like calm down and repeat yourself or when he changes it up. Stop hatin.. I thought they wud start performing worse cus angles was sub par but I really love their new shows.

he is in a band as a job, thats hw he makes a living, all he has to do is remember about 20 songs that he wrote, is that too much to ask?
