The Strokes To Play Washington DC’s Sweetlife Festival

The Strokes have added an April 30th stop at Washington DC’s Sweetlife Festival to their expanding list of tour dates.

The festival is only one day, spanning from noon-11 p.m. and The Strokes have been announced as headliners. Merriweather Post Pavilion is the venue and this figures to be the first of a wave of new shows to be released this week.

Ugh, give us some April east coast dates!!! I’d love to have a Boston date penciled in some where in April, though I’m not adverse to traveling out to DC for this!!!

Freaking the fuck out. Eeee cannot believe I will see the Strokes for the first time in two months! That’s the weekend before my finals, I think, too. haha oh well. Too bad its at Merriweather though. Can’t wait to see the rest of the line up.
