I love watching them perform, but i wish Julian would take off those shades and stare into the unknown like he did on the first 3 albums

GUITAR GEEK MOMENT ALERT: I wish Nick would go back to the orange Epiphone he always played. Not a fan of the Les Paul. When he tries to rip the Modern Age solo in this video, he’s using some kinda weird dark bluesy tone that doesn’t cut through at all. I miss the in-your-face, nagging bright tone.

@Kevin, nice name, its mine too. and WTF I was thinking why in the world is he using this ugly Les Paul in this and on SNL. Maybe because the ‘ole Riviera is so worn like from the Under Control video, but wouldn’t make any sense. But if you notice, last second before the solo, he flipped the pup switch to the neck pup

Considering some of Julian’s previous fashion choices – the white jacket with a chessboard on the back and that *NSYNC t-shirt both spring to mind – I think it’s fair to say Julian can make just about anything look badass ;)

Julian didn’t sound too good on UCoD and it’s his vocals was a bit off the mark on “You’re so Right” but it doesn’t matter cause they are AWESOME! if only i don’t live like 15,000 kilometres from the States, then i could maybe watch them live someday…after that,i can die in peace =)
