Listen: Albert Hammond Jr. remixes Walk the Moon’s ‘Anna Sun’, dives into dance music

by Eric Van Dril · 7 comments

Albert Hammond Jr. and Gus Oberg, who helped The Strokes produce Angles, remixed Walk the Moon’s “Anna Sun.”

The remix (WARNING: It’s dance music) was released on Rolling Stone this morning, and you can listen to it here.

Here’s the original version of “Anna Sun”…

Dance music isn’t really my thing, but I really like this. I’m biased toward Albert, but still.

What does everybody else think?

I like it!! I liked the original – I hear it on the Music Choice Alternative station almost every day.
I wonder if they’ll start playing Albert’s version? – that would be cool!
Go Albert!

Walk the Moon is running webisodes to keep in touch. So awesome. And the fact that Albert Hammond Jr. remixes them is even more awesome! Check out the latest webisode
